Terms and Conditions of Booking
1.P and A Training Consultants Limited is registered in England as a First Aid Training provider under Company Number 5908398.2.Prices of training will be on a ‘per student’ basis.3.Organisation-specific prices are available.4.Where courses are specific to an organisation and held at our own venue, P and A Training reserves the right to offer any spare places to individual students up to the maximum number and to charge the individual separately.
5.Individual student course fees are due upon confirmation of booking and must be paid prior to the course starting.6.Organisations will be invoiced on completion of the course and payment in full must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice. 6.1Delivery of course certificates will be withheld until payment has been made in full.7.If for any reason P and A Training have to cancel a course, they will endeavour to agree an alternative date with customers and refund any payment already made.8.If for any reason an organisation or individual cancels a course, the following cancellation charges will apply: 8.1Cancellations less than 21 days but more than 7 days before the course start date – 50% of the course fee. 8.2Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date – 100% of the course fee.9.Students attending a First Aid at Work (FAW) Refresher course must hold a current FAW Certificate. This certificate must be presented to P and A Training for inspection on the first day.10. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the course fee and no certification.11. P and A Training recommend that trousers be worn for all courses.12.
